Staff Screening Process

Our employees are phone screened to be sure they meet our communication requirements. The next step is a face-to-face, in-depth behavioral interview to be sure we know that the applicant is the right fit for the assignment.

We then test every applicant on their skills and provide customized training to be sure they can perform the tasks we expect of them.  Training consists of classroom lecture based training in addition to LEEDS Certification training on Green Seal standards.

Our Quality Assurance Process

We train our service teams to provide excellent cleaning quality and to exceed our client expectations. Quality is
measured by our Quality Assurance Process. Each customer is contacted at the end of each weekly assignment to evaluate our services. Our goal is to
maintain a “superior” rating with each and every visit.

We Make an Investment

All Green Services invests in our employees. They are trained to customize services for each client’s needs.  Training consists of both classroom instruction and hands on role modeling of proper techniques by our senior managers and training staff.

We are members of important industry organizations adhering to the strictest standards to substantiate the claim we make that All Green Services provides the best quality services for the best value, while protecting our clients, employees and the environment.

Our associates have all been trained in LEED Green Associate training programs. The LEED Professional Credentials program is offered by the U.S. Green Building Council (USGBC) which is committed to a prosperous and sustainable future for our nation through cost-efficient and energy-saving green buildings.  The USGBC works toward its mission of market transformation through its LEED green building certification program.
