Staff Screening Process
At All Green Services, we are focused on providing the highest level of service while assuring your security. All of our applicants are selected with our customized screening process which includes a telephone screen, resume review, in-depth behavioral interview and testing.
We conduct background checks and verify that each candidate has the necessary documentation to work legally in this country.
Premier Training and Equipment
Every employee is thoroughly trained in cleaning service techniques through both classroom and practical sessions, supplemented by a comprehensive DVD series for consistency and finally a mentoring process. Your team arrives at your home or office with all the cleaning solutions, sanitized cleaning supplies and state-of-the-art equipment necessary for your cleaning. At all times, in each and every venue, your service team aims to provide excellent cleaning quality and to perform your requests to your expectations.
Areas of Concentration
 General Clean
We use color-coded microfiber rags to eliminate cross contamination and use environmentally preferred cleaning products to preserve the environmental health of your facility. Our internal protocol assures there is
no crevice or crack left untreated, including the sanitizing of phones and water coolers.
Floor Clean
Our floor cleaning assures hard surfaces are left residue-free, reducing slip potential and assuring a streak-free shine. When VCT floors become dull, we have a VCT Intensive service that revives shine and brightness. We vacuum carpets with two-stage filtration systems to assure dust remains in the container and is not re-circulated into the air. For carpet stains and spots, we use a hydrogen peroxide spotting solution that removes organic stains while naturally deodorizing.
Stone Care
Our basic maintenance packages maintain stone surfaces on a daily basis with environmentally preferred products that preserve the integrity of the stone surface. Additionally, we offer Stone Care Intensive services for marble, granite and terrazzo for periodic rejuvenation of these beautiful surfaces.
Restroom Cleaning
Restrooms say a lot about your home or office and can present the greatest cleaning challenge. Our services make sure your restrooms are clean and odor-free.
Common/Office Areas
Our staff is trained to respect personal work-space, yet provide necessary cleaning and maintenance services. We:

- Clean and disinfect telephones and keyboards
- Empty and re-line trash receptacles

- Clean glass surfaces

Breakrooms/Kitchens
We make sure that this area receives the same attention as other areas. We clean and disinfect counters, tables, chairs and sinks. Floors are cleaned and
disinfected and regularly buffed to a high shine. Sinks and bright work sparkle with regular cleaning and polishing. Walls behind trash receptacles are regularly
cleaned and disinfected.
Individual Workspaces/Offices
Our staff is trained to respect the individual workspace (cubicles, offices, counters), yet provide necessary cleaning and maintenance services. Your work area is cleaned and maintained while important papers or work materials are not disturbed. We:
